Thrombosis / Phlebitis (blood clotting disorders)

Cancer patients who have had chemo or radiotherapy will need to have been all clear for 5 years or in remission before treatment can commence

Pregnancy (Treatment can commence 3 - 6 weeks after normal birth)

Heart conditions (will need a note from GP)

Skin diseases or disorders (will be unable to treat the affected area)

Metal pins or plates in the area to be treated (will be unable to treat the affected area)

Recent scar tissue (wait 3 months)

Extensive dental or bridge work… may experience metallic taste in your mouth

Retin A or Roacutane – acne medication – leave 12 months after last course of medication before treatment
All clients are required to fill in a medical questionnaire prior to treatment
